DITTO! If you read last month’s Market at a Glance, I am basically going to repeat what I said. Inventory is very low, demand is high, and buyers are scrambling to get offers in on new listings that are priced right before someone beats them to it. Prices are slowly ticking upwards and interest rates have been a bit more volatile. The days of low-ball offers appear to be over, putting sellers in a much better position to get fair market values for their homes. At this point, our  market is getting healthier!
