Limited supplies of housing inventory are keeping existing home sales numbers steady, but make no mistake about it… buyers are gobbling up homes, fueled by very attractive  prices, low interest rates, high affordability and investor driven opportunities. Demand is still outpacing supply in Sahuarita. Real estate reports from other states are reflecting the same scenario, which of course means those people who have wanted to sell their out-of-state homes in order to     relocate to Arizona may finally be able to sell their homes and purchase homes here!
