Sahuarita Real Estate Market | The Sahuarita ConnectionJanuary/February

We are still experiencing positive signs that indicate our Sahuarita resale housing market may be stabilizing. The supply is consistently below demand. New listings that are priced right are getting multiple offers on the day they hit the market. Buyers are getting frustrated with the lack of inventory, so competition is ramping up with fewer “low ball” offers. At this point, even if foreclosure listings increase at a reasonable pace, our market should be able to absorb them quickly.
